Error description

• External symptom of this problem is likely to be issues with
  the Common Event notifications not being sent.  If you look in
  SystemOut.log, you will see the error:
  
  
  SandboxServic E   Error executing query: select distinct
  rid(te) from te in TaskExecution where te.executionID in (...)
  
  where the parenthesis contains a very long list of values.
  
  You will also see an error from the Database software related
  to the query exceeding the maximum number of parameters.

• The software must be changed to break up the query of the task
  executions into smaller groups which can be handled by the
  database.
