Error description

• When reading a sequential file into varchar columns, the Reject
  Reason not populated when varchar limit is breached.
  
  Fix required so that the below reject message is populated:
  
  RejectReason:Trouble importing field "acolumn"; data: {A B C},
  at offset: 0:  rejected:{A B C}
