• Hierachical stage truncates timestamps with
  microsecond resolution to milliseconds in Output step.
  When a timestamp like 1960-01-01 00:00:02.123456 was input in
  Hierarchical, without any process steps, just pass this
  timestamp to output step, the value will become 1960-01-01
  00:00:02.123000.
  
  The fix is in the code of CC_E2DataStageWriter.java to handle
  the microsecond.
  

Temporary fix

  resolution to milliseconds in Output step.

  Hierarchical, without any process steps, just pass this
  timestamp to output step, the value will become 1960-01-01
