APAR status

Error description

• When attempting to logon to DataStage and there is a problem
  with the client/server communications - the error reported is
  usually "WinInet ErrorCode is:[0]"
  For example: Unable to send HTTP request to Server [SERVER] on
  port [PORT].The WinInet ErrorCode is:[0]
  
  WinInet (Windows Internet) is the API used to send HTTP/HTTPS
  requests from clients to the services tier using REST.
  
  According to the Microsoft documentation - error code 0 is
  actually undefined, making this error very unhelpful in
  attempting to diagnose any reported issues.
  A defect has been recently discovered whereby the underlying
  failure is actually obscured/masked by the error handling
  procedure, and causes the U/I to report incorrectly error code
  "0"
