APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During import of terms using a CSV template STEWARD username is
  not recognized. Giving the following message:
  
  "Multiple errors exist that need attention (6):
  
   "user_name" is not the user name of a steward. - line 4.
   "user_name1" is not the user name of a steward. - line 7.
   "user_name2" is not the user name of a steward. - line 9.
   "user_name3" is not the user name of a steward. - line 11.
   "user_name4" is not the user name of a steward. - line 8.
   "user_name5" is not the user name of a steward. - line 5.
  

Local fix

• The behavior of the CSV import is to validate whether the user
  is a steward or not.
  For the CSV to get import all the users should be assigned as
  stewards.
  The alternative for this is XML import. The XML import skips
  such validation and imports the categories, however the
  limitation is that the user doesn't get assigned as steward to
  the category.
