APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1) The display of a Term (dossier view) - when it displays a
  Custom Attribute of type Date, there is no formatting.  The
  Date simply appears as 4 26 2015 (depending on the locale).
  This is confusing as it could be interpreted as a random set of
  numbers.  The expectation is that the display will use
  separators (consitent with the locale) so the date will appear
  as 4-26-2015 or 26/4/2015
  
  2) The Glossary Export CSV format of a Term, exports Date
  Custom Attributes as 2015-26-04.  However, the import does not
  seem to check the Date Format.  No error or warning is given to
  the user that the Date format was invalid and therefore not
  updated.  This is a problem as a user would believe the date
  was saved, when if fact it was not.
  
  3) The import a Glossary CSV with custom attributes of type
  Date - does not update the Term History with the modification /
  change to the custom attribute.  However, editing the same
  custom attribute in BG (dossier), the change is captured and
  Term History displays.  This should be consistent.  As well -
  other changes within the Glossary CSV are captured for Term
  History - just not Date.
