Error description

• The recent performance changes to DSWaitForJob() failed to take
  account of the situation where a server component was being run
  as part of a parallel job. Such components have 'decorated' job
  names to identify the server joblet.
  
  Symptoms of the failure seem to be varied but include:
  
  Unexpected failure from a job including a server shared
  container or BASIC transformer.
  
  Message regarding RunLocally of the operator failing for the
  container or transformer.
  
  Unable to wait for job mnessage reporting the container or
  transformer.
  
  Report of 0 input ands output rows processed.
