Error description

• ResMonApp aborts intermittently if receives paging stats too
  large to fit in   32-bit integer:
    com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlSyntaxErrorException:
    [jcc][10177][11618][3.66.46]
    Invalid data conversion: Requested conversion would result in
    a loss of precision of 4108473646. ERRORCODE=-4461,
    SQLSTATE=42815
                                                                 .
  In debug mode, we see this was due to receiving large paging
  statistic from resource tracker data:
    <paging i="0" o="0" x="4108473646" s="255329" />
  The above value is the number of page interrupts per second and
  is invalid / impossibly large value which should be discarded.

Problem conclusion

• Improved error handling on the bad integer values in ResMonApp.
