Problem summary
JDE PACK does not correctly convert currencies that are located beyond row 100 in the JDE Table F0013.
Problem conclusion
The solution was to increase all the array sizes that pertain to currency to larger than 100.
Temporary fix
Move the currencies of choice to earlier rows in the JD Edwards Enterprise One Table F0013.
