  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The service-tier component of CommonEventFramework cannot find
  the email address of the subscriber in LDAP environment, so
  the email notification does not work. The client-tier of
  CommonEventFramework (also known as Subscription Manager),
  cannot find the LDAP users in the CC list field, so the CC
  list field is always empty, even though the user wants to add
  other users to the CC list of the email.

  Apply the patch

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the internal code of the service-tier and the client-tier
  to handle the information of LDAP users correctly
