APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Oracle Connector does NOT Bulk Load on Child Table when there
  are constraints on Parent Table.
  
  We will introduce a new environment variable (job property)
  called CC_ORA_DISABLE_CONSTRAINTS_BEFORE_TRUNCATE.  The variable
   will work like this.
  If all 4 of these predicates are satisfied:
  a) Table Action is TRUNCATE, and
  b) Disable Constraints is YES, and
  c) Write mode is BULK LOAD, and
  d) CC_ORA_DISABLE_CONSTRAINTS_BEFORE_TRUNCATE=TRUE
  we will disable the constraints before truncating the table.
  

Local fix

• Manually disable constraints on the Parent table using Before
  SQL and re-enable constraints on the Parent table after Bulk
  loading on Child Table using After SQL statements.
  

Problem summary
