APAR status

Error description

• When installing DS only on the client, DS Job report cannot be
  generated without any error message.
  
  Job reporting & Job Comparisons in Designer have a dependency on
   QSStage.dll in order expand XML stage properties in such a way
  that the XLST stylesheets can handle them in the generated
  reports.  When installing DS only (no QS), then QSStage.dll file
  is missed, and the dependency doesn't work for Job report &
  Job Comparison.
  

Local fix

• Customer can use the following temporary workaround:
  
  Locate QSStage.dll in their installation media - i.e.
  \payloads\QualityStage\QualityStageClient\payload\Register\QSSta
  ge.dll
  and copy into x:\IBM\InformationServer\Clients\Classic
  
  This needs to be registered using RegSvr32.exe  - i.e. RegSvr32
  x:\IBM\InformationServer\Clients\Classic\QSStage.dll
