JR52620: Return primary key and foreign key selected status when retrieving key analysis results through the IA REST api

Error description

• Need a way to use the Primary Key REST API to show selected
  Primary Key.  Currently it returns all candidate Primary Keys.
  Ideally, we should get Selected and Candidate primary keys.  An
  indicator should be added that identifies the key as selected.
