Error description

• The ulimit -n 131072 was added into dsenv for AIX platforms in
  versions 8.5 forward
  
  The problem is that the dsenv from the install contains 131072
  and the 9.1 documentation states 10240. some documentation
  states 102400.
  

Local fix

• Remove setting from dsenv and make certain kernel parameters
  allow 10240

  Modify dsenv to use a value of 10240, unless specific

  made available in the future.

    The default value of 131072 seems to have arisen from a
  mistake in the 8.1 documentation, that suggested 104200 instead
  of 10240. All InfoCenter versions 8.5 and later suggest 10240 as
   a suitable value.
  We cannot patch dsenv as it is a user modifiable file.
  We will fix the default in future releases so that full installs
  have a more reasonable setting.
