Problem summary

  • If user clicks 'Load' button on Configuration window for
Unstructured Data stage and loads
.xlsx file to work with, this file becomes read-only because
Unstructured Data stage instance
running on ASBAgent process does not close this file properly.
As result, user cannot modify until restarting ASBAgent process
on engine tier.
This issue will not be occurred with .xls file.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed Unstructured Data stage code to close .xlsx files properly
 during design time operation.
