JR52020: Provide istools API to set replaceInvalidChars Map to replace invalid characters with the provided strings while exporting

Error description

• istools export is failing when invalid XML characters are found
  in the repository. This is observed by IA, DS with invalid
  characters 0x0, 0x1d.
  And there are chances that other invalid characters could also
  cause issues in future. Ref:

  XMeta will provide API to set a Map<Character, String>
  replaceInvalidChars, where Character is the invalid character
  and String is the string to replace the invalid character. Any
  component who wants to use this option need to set this Map by
  providing a Map of invalid characters and the corresponding
  strings to replace it. Providing empty space("") as replacing
  string, the invalid character will be ignored from export.
  Providing null as replacing string, the invalid character will
  not be replaced.
