Error description

• To specify alternate log directory when WebEditor is invoked
  from DataRules or Exception Stage.
  

Local fix

• add in windows registry key
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Expl
  orer\User Shell Folders\Personal
  
  "\Temp" directory to the end of existing path

  the logs should be placed when using DataRules or Exception

Problem conclusion

• Provided config parameter logging.logdirectory which should be
  included in webeditordriver.properties file and logs would be
  written to the location of the logging.logdirectory config
  value.
