Error description

• An export of an IA project will also export global environment
  and their bindings. On import, the binding is lost and needs to
  be manually re-entered.
  

Local fix

• Manually enter binding after import

Problem conclusion

• Issue is fixed in 912rp5 and 11.3.1.2
  Hence 912 users  need to apply 912rp5 and 11.3.1 users  need to
  apply 11.3.1.2 to have the fix
  

Temporary fix

• Users need to bind the rules to global variables manually after
  the import
