Error description

• Create a new Data Connection using the Oracle Connector stage
  (Connect using Stage Type:) in a parallel job.  Open the Data
  Connection and under Associate Parameter Set use 'Create and
  Attach' to create the parameter set.  After you save the
  parameter set and try to re-open the parameter set you get the
  message:
  
  This Parameter Set was created from a Data Connection, but no
  longer has any Data Connection references. Do you want to
  remove the association, which means that this Parameter Set
  will no longer be reattached to a Data Connection?
  

Local fix

• Manually invoking impact analysis "Find where used > All
  types..." returns the data connection
