  report if the parameter is a list

  The problem only affects the use of parallel custom stagetypes
  with list type properties

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If a parallel custom stagetype has a list type property and
  the definition does not contain displayname /value pairs but
  only displaynames then the default value is not displayed in
  a job report.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply the patch for JR51164
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• When creating the xml for the job report it was identified that
  if the value list did not contain pairs of values then no value
  was specified for a displayname. The code was modified to use
  the displayname as the value if no explicit value was set.
  

Temporary fix

• No need for temporary fix (see circumvention)
