JR51153: SOLUTION NEEDED FOR DATASTAGE SCHEDULING ON WINDOWS 2012.

Error description

• Solution needed for DataStage Scheduling on Windows 2012.
  
  When DataStage Director user tries to schedule a job, if
  DataStage engine is running on Windows 2012, they see the
  following error:
  Error adding to schedule: The AT command has been deprecated.
  Please use schtasks.exe instead.
  

Local fix

• - Schedule jobs by calling the dsjob command line interface
  either through the Microsoft Windows Task Scheduler graphical
  user interface or by using the Windows SCHTASKS command
  directly.
  
  - Schedule jobs by calling dsjob from a third-party scheduling
  tool.
  
  Other alternatives include:
  
  - Deploy the IBM InfoSphere Information Server engine tier on a
  Windows 2008 system, where the AT command is still available.
