APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • While importing metadata via IMAM using DB2Connector, the
history tables(or versioning tables) created on DB2 z/OS
version 10 were not being taken into consideration by the
connector, thus resulting in an unsuccessful import.

Local fix

  • Use table filter with database name.

Problem summary

  • Bulk-metadata import from DB2 z/OS via IMAM using DB2Connector
fails to import history tables.

Problem conclusion

  • While importing metadata via IMAM using DB2Connector, the
history tables(or versioning tables) created on DB2 z/OS version
 10 were not being taken into consideration by the connector,
thus resulting in an unsuccessful import.
