APAR status

Error description

  • istool delete command does not work properly when the domain is
    using a non-default port
    

Local fix

  • Use the default port 9080
    

Problem summary

  • DataStage istool users cannot remove DataStage assets
    with istool delete command line interface from domain configured
     to use non-default port.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The domain port number was not included in call to internal path
     utilities for determining URI of asset to be deleted.  The
    method parameters were changed to include full connection info.
    

Temporary fix

  • Use default port 9080.
