JR50356: OPS CONSOLE UI DISABLES THE BUTTONS FOR RUN, STOP, RESET WHEN CERTAIN ROLES SET

APAR status

Error description

• When a user has Suite Component 'DS+QS User' role and
  has/inherited roles including  'DS+QS Operations Viewer' from
  other groups for the same project, the Ops Console UI disables
  the buttons for Run, Stop, Reset. The user can run, stop or
  reset jobs from Director or Designer
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• User affected
    Ops Console UI disables the buttons for Run, Stop, Reset when
  certain roles set.
  
  Problem Description
    When a user has 'DataStage and QualityStage User' as its only
  Suite Component DS role, and also has or inherited multiple
  project roles including 'DataStage and QualityStage Operations
  Viewer' from groups in the same project, the user can't Run,
  Stop, Reset jobs in the project from Ops Console, as the UI
  buttons for Run, Stop, Reset operations are incorrectly
  disabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the UI to ensure other roles override DataStage
  Operations Viewer when multiple project roles exist.
