Error description

• The driver issue PSC00304792 is now fixed.
  

Local fix

• On UNIX and Linux platforms, set the SELECT_ORACLE_XMLCLOB
  value to 1
  or true by either executing the following commands
  SELECT_ORACLE_XMLCLOB=1
  export SELECT_ORACLE_XMLCLOB
  or by adding those lines to the $DSHOME/dsenv file, and source
  the
  dsenv.

• Problem Description
    EngMonApp stops with the error below when running a px job:

    - Error executing Query statement: SELECT CONFIGID,NodeList
  FROM DSODB.ParallelConfig...
    java.sql.SQLException: [IBM][Oracle JDBC Driver]Value can not
  be converted to requested type.
    The issue occurs when using Oracle server version 11.2.0.4.
  
    The errors in IIS 11.3 and 8.7 are different:
    In 11.3: java.sql.SQLException: [IBM][Oracle JDBC
  Driver][Oracle]ORA-22275: invalid LOB locator specified
    In 8.7: java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException:
  [IBM][Oracle JDBC Driver]Internal error: Net8 protocol error.
  
  Problem Conclusion
    Fixed the issue in the Oracle JDBC Driver.
  
  Recommendation
    Apply JR50332 Oracle jdbc patch.
  
  Temporary fix
    Apply JR50332 server patch and enable the workaroud by setting
  a system environment variable SELECT_ORACLE_XMLCLOB to 1 or true
  on the engine tier and then restarting both the ASBAgent and
  AppWatcher processes.
