JR50194: PROBLEM USING THE MERGE STAGE ON SERVER CANVAS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the Merge Stage as the destination stage type for the
  DB2 Common Connector on the Server canvas. The following error
  is reported:
  
  "(40503) A call to an OLE server has failed, or a runtime error
  occurred within the OLE server itself"
  
  This should not report an error and the following example
  message as opposed to an error should be displayed:
  
  "The destination stage does not support stream input links"
