Error description

• In the Connector Migration tool Oracle EE bulk load stages
  should migrate to Oracle Connector with Parallel Clause set to
  Preserve Degree of Parallelism.
  
  JR45883 is a prerequisite.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Connector Migration Tool was migrating Oracle
  Enterprise stages to the Oracle Connector with Parallel
  Clause property set to the default value. This caused
  indexes to be rebuilt without a PARALLEL clause added.
  When no PARALLEL clause is added to the Oracle ALTER INDEX
  statement, the default Oracle behavior is to use
  serialized access for these indexes. This is different
  than Oracle Enterprise stage behavior which rebuilt
  indexes using the prior Degree of Parallelism value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Connector Migration Tool will now migrate the Oracle
  Enterprise stage to the Oracle Connector with the Parallel
  Clause property set to the Preserve Degree of Parallelism
  value. This Preserve Degree of Parallelism property value
  is new with APAR JR45883.
