  EE environment variable APT_ORACLE_LOAD_OPTIONS.

Problem summary

• Connector Migration Tool not migrating DIRECT=FALSE from
  Oracle EE environment variable APT_ORACLE_LOAD_OPTIONS.
  This is causing indexes to be disabled by the Oracle
  Connector when the job is run. The Oracle EE stage was
  not disabling indexes when DIRECT=FALSE.
  

Problem conclusion

• Oracle EE Connector Migration Spec modified to check
  APT_ORACLE_LOAD_OPTIONS value at the DataStage project
  level to determine if Oracle EE stage in bulk load mode
  should be migrated to Oracle Connector with Insert mode.
  The Oracle Connector in Insert mode is the best match
  for Oracle EE Bulk Load jobs that were using DIRECT=FALSE.
