JR45580: Large IA reports contain corrupt output when format type is XLS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When creating a large report on XLS, it is generated
  successfully, however corrupted.
  Excel can repair them to a degree, but some information is
  missing (ex., column names).

Problem conclusion

• This issue was in ISF Reporting creation with XLS format, A
  third party fix from JReport is integrated with ISF reporting
  framework.
  Which was verified and certified by QA,The fix include chages in
  ACS_Server.ear, ACS_Common.ear,ASB_Webreporting.ear
  files.Customer issue is resolved after applying this patch.
