APAR status

Error description

  • The dsjob -run <project> <jobname> for non-admin user fails with
    the following error against Windows 2008:
    
    Return error 80147
    
    If run dsjob as administrator user, it run fine.  Also when
    supply -user -password -server, it works for non-admin user.
    
    dsjob -user <username> -password <password> -server
    <servername:port#> <project> <jobaname>
    
    It run successful.
    
    Need to fix this issue so that dsjobs for non-admin user does
    not need to supply -user -password and -server options.
