  [XML_Parser] [] java.lang.NullPointerException, when Parser Step
  is used in the XML Stage

  derivation root as chunked and there is no @@type attribute  for
  the chunked node.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The DataStage job with XML stage fails with Null Pointer
  exception when parsing a XML file.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply patch for APAR JR43303.
