JR42896: Second referential integrity job never runs after launching RI jobs one right after the other

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If two Referential Integrity jobs involving a common column are
  submitted in quick succession, the second job never runs
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When multiple Referential Integrity jobs are launched without
  waiting for the previous ones completed, the jobs submitted at
  later point of time were hanging. This was only happening when
  the jobs submitted later contains the same column was used in
  the previous jobs as primary/foreign key.
  

Problem conclusion

• The locking of analyzed columns in Key Analysis jobs was removed
  to allow concurrent key analysis jobs. APAR JR42896 is created
  to fix this issue   in 85rp10  and delivered  to Customer .
