APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • 1) Create a new Metric, status = Candidate
2) Run the Metric, the Status goes to Accepted, and now it
cannot be changed unless you involve a Rule Manager to put the
status back.

IA 8.7 on AIX

Local fix

  • Rule Manager can change the status to draft

Problem summary

  • Fixed IA not to force the status of jobs.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed in 8502 Rollup Patch 9
