• Import of metadata failing while importing duplicate
  storedprocedures
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The issue occurs when physical data model which is reverse
  engineered from DB2 data base is imported from IDA. The DB2 UDB
  supports StoredPorcdures with the same name  and different
  parameters in a schema, but the identity definition of stored
  procedure in Information Server model is name of the stored
  procedure and the container schema. Because of this, import of
  multiple sptored procedures with the same name and different
  parameters causes duplicates while importing using IDA
  Metabroker
  

Problem conclusion

• NameQualifier attribute is added to the identity of stored
  procedure in the model and the nameQualifier is populated with
  the internal ID of stored procedure by IDA MetaBroker.
  
  Due to this fix the istool and  Repository Manager will have the
  below limitaitons:
  1) When the stored procedures are exported by giving only name
  of stored procedure using "istool export -cm" command, then all
  the stored procedures with the name are exported.
  2) When the stored procedures are queried/delete by giving only
  name of stored procedure using "istool export -cm" command, then
  all the stored procedures with the name are returned/deleted.
  3) When the stored procedures are searched by giving only name
  of stored procedure using Repository Management, then all the
  stored procedures with the name are returned.
