Error description

  • Duplicate CustomAttributeValSets

have the identity
"CustomAttributeValSet[[]of_Object[[OTHER-FEES]of_DataCollecti

em[[MSP]]]]]]".

There should one CustomAttributeValSet for an EObject. But, for
a DataField (Master.fl - lines 158 to 166), there are 2
CustomAttributeValSets created. This constraint also cannot be
enforced through the model. This constraint should be enforced
by the service.

Local fix

  • REMOVE all imported Data Files within system using the
Repository Managment tab within the Metadata Asset Manager.
Then re-import those Data Files using the initially generated
ISX files.

Problem summary

  • During the istool import user get the
ASCENTIAL.XMETA.EXCEPTION.DATA.DUPLICATEIMPORTIDENTITYEXCEPTION

Problem conclusion

  • Applying the patch will reslove the issue.
