Error description

• Information Analyzer : View Sample for virtual table that has a
  where clause restriction returns entire contents of the
  underlying base table.
  
  This should return only the rows that satify the where clause
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• View Sample is returning the entire table contents of the
  underlying physical table when doing View Sample on a Virtual
  table
  

Problem conclusion

• View Data Sample was coded on data collection which is same for
  VT and Base table .So IA displayed Base Table in case of View
  Data Sample for VT .In the code fix it has been changes and view
  data sample is done on  TAM (TAM is unique and hence there are
  different TAM rid for VT and Base Table)
