USERS AFFECTED:
Users who copy built-in StageTypes expecting the StageType
editor to be able to define the Bitmapdata fields.
*************************************************************
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The Bitmapdata fields in the StageType editor are incorrectly
enabled for non-Custom PX Stages.
*************************************************************
RECOMMENDATION:
Apply patch JR41582.
*************************************************************
