Error description

  • The Component Installer is gathering trace data via
DumpReposProjectObjects() even if trace is not currently
enabled. This is having a negative impact on FP installation
time, especially when a large number of Projects are present on
the installed system.

  • The Component Installer
code is triggered to dump the trace data only
when the trace is enabled.However there is a bug that causes
code to get executed dumping the
trace data even though it is disabled.
