• Customer has requested following enhancements on he V-Pivot step
  in XML Pack v3:
  
  1)     Removing requirement to hard code ?Column Name? fields to
  match incoming value in the source data
  
  2)     Removing requirement that incoming attribute values must
  be known in advance in addition to being positional
  
  3)     Removing requirement to map map each of the named
  elements positionally on the output stage
  
  4)     Adding support for numberic values for the match values
