Error description

• Newly imported BuildOp componant failed to compile correctly
  in command line, using dscc, until it is opened in Designer.
  
  The export file contains properties DS_OPERATOR_BUILDOP_DIR and
  DS_OPERATOR_WRAPPED_DIR which must be defined according to
  project properties. These parameters are only refreshed when the
  componant is edited.
  

Local fix

• Open the BuildOp componant in designer before compiling it.
