Error description

• Standardize fails for some CONCAT and PREFIX PAT actions
  
  For the CONCAT and PREFIX PAT actions, if both source and target
  are dictionary fields, the source substring is not added
  correctly.
  

Local fix

• The workaround would be not to use dictionary field as source in
  CONCAT and PREFIX actions, instead, copy the dictionary field to
  a temporary user variable and use the user variable as source in
  CONCAT and PREFIX actions.
