JR41141: PK deleted in src db,reimport of tables with IEM OR istool fails by DeleteViolatesRestrictRule/ImportConstraintViolationException

Error description

• If the primary key of a previously imported table is changed,
  Re-importing the table produces an error message
  " The lower bound constraint was violated for feature
  uses_DataField on the KeyComponent object with identity ... and
  RID ..."
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• After deleting the Primary Key while trying to re-import the
  table
   lowerbound constraint violation exception occurs on
  KeyComponent->uses_DataField.
  
   Error message in Websphere Application Server log looks similar
  to the following:
   com.ascential.xmeta.exception.data.ImportConstraintViolationExc
  eption:
   The lower bound constraint was violated for feature
  uses_DataField on the
   KeyComponent object with identity '
