JR41139: OPSCONSOLE: PROJECTS TAB SHOWS INCORRECT INFORMATION WHEN A JOB IS RENAMED OR SAVED AS A DIFFERENT NAME IN THE DESIGNER

Error description

• To reproduce, on the Projects Tab:
  
  1. On the navigation panel, click on a folder which have some
  jobs. that will open Job designs on the right panel.
  2. save a  job with a different name ( Save As) in Designer
  3. Refresh Ops Console Projects tab by clicking refresh icon on
  the right panel
  
  Job Designs Panel and navigation panel show correct number of
  jobs, but two jobs with the same name. doesn't show the name
  just been saved as.
  Same happens when renaming a job.
  However, If you refresh using icon on the left panel (navigation
  panel), it shows correct information.

  content via the Projects tab.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Job Designs view on the Projects tab shows the list of jobs
  that exist in a particular project/folder (as selected in the
  project Navigation tree). If changes are made in Designer to the
  contents of the folder being viewed in the Operations Console
  Projects tab, those changes may not be reflected in the Job
  Designs panel, even after a manual refresh is done using the
  refresh button on the jobs panel.
