Error description

• RejectError Conditions are not shown checked on the GUI when
  they are updated to a new meaningful message.

Problem summary

• If the RejectError Conditions strings shown on the Reject page
  of the connector Stage editor are modified(as a result of the
  connector descriptor change), then  jobs created prior to
  modifying the strings do not show the appropriate conditions
  selected or unselected on the UI.
  For example if the RejectError Condition "Row not Updated " is
  changed to "Row not updated - Insert"  and in a particular job ,
  if this condition was previously checked-in or used , with this
  string update , in the same job it would be shown as uncheck
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem occurs because the RejectErrorConditions strings
  are loaded from the saved jobs and that string is comapred with
  the existing RejectErrorConditions of the connector , when the
  string is updated string comparison fails and the correct state
  of the ErrorCondition is not shown on the UI.
