Problem summary

  • DB2 CONNECTOR LOAD CREATES RELATED MESSAGE FILES IN THE
    INCORRECT LOCATION

Problem conclusion

  • When unqualified message file is given and compute node is being
used DB2 Connector creates message files in the users home
    directory.

Modified code to create message file in scratchdir of compute
node , when only message filename is given. In case fully
qualified message filename is given or directory information is
prepended to the message file, scratch dir is not used.

Note: Patch should be applied to all compute nodes that are
    being used.
