JR41071: ORACLE CONNECTOR in Insert then Update mode cannot reject ORA-1403

Error description

• Oracle Connector migrated from an Oracle EE stage will have a
  difference in behavior. The Oracle Connector stage does not
  currently support rejecting ORA-1403 (no record updated) for
  Update statements while in Insert then Update mode. The Oracle
  EE stage rejects ORA-1403 by default.

Problem summary

• Oracle Connector migrated from Oracle EE stage not rejecting
  ORA-1403. The Oracle EE stage is rejecting ORA-1403's by
  default.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added support to the Oracle Connector to reject ORA-1403 errors
  during Insert then Update mode. New 'Row not updated' check
  boxes were added under the Oracle Connector Reject tab as of
  this fix.
