JR40914: While deleting or importing metadata, IA, DS or Fasttrack tools with UnauthorizedAccessException

Error description

• cms.bootstrap.properties file is missing in sharedlib
  (<WASHOME>\AppServer\profiles\InfoSphere\informationServer\apps\
  lib) causing the delete and import problems for the
  InformatonAnalyzer, Datastage and Fasttrack users. When the user
  don't have the Suite Administrator role and the users try to
  delete or import the metadata through IA, DS and FT they are
  encountered by below error:
  com.ascential.asb.cas.shared.exceptions.UnauthorizedAccessExcept
  ion: The
  current user is not authorized to perform
  deletion operations: Exception is thrown during security check
  for the
  operation: CommonMetadata.commonMetadataDeleteRoles.
