Users of either Job Sequences or dsjob which run DS jobs.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Status 98 is intermittently received by Sequences when running
jobs.
Also an issue for dsjob.

RECOMMENDATION:
Install patch JR40908, and set relevant environment variables.
****************************************************************
