  1)Using Job parameters having special characters.
  2)Creating XML file having customized namespace.
  3)Using XML Stage in different locale other than English.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  1)The Job parameters having special characters are not seen in
  the XML Stage.
  2)Cannot create XML file with customized namespace.
  3)Some error messages are not translated when XML Stage is used
  in different locales.
  4)The temporary files are not deleted from the scratch disk.

  APAR RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply patch JR40774.

  2)A XML file can be created using customized namespace.
