Error description

• DataStage job takes longer time to compile when the job design
  consists of a db2 connector stage with large number of input
  columns.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Customer experienced long compile times with jobs which included
  DB2 Connector Stages because the code which processed column
  definitions for Connectors was repeatedly collecting Job
  Parameter information for each column (twice).

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply Patch JR40598.
